About Capacity Accelerator Program

The Capacity Accelerator Program (CAP) aims to transform care practices in Child Care Institutions (CCIs), by addressing the severe limitations in funding, access to expertise and contextualized support that they face.

About the Role

To define the quality of care, we have developed in-house standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which serve as a benchmark for hiqh quality inputs to achieve outcomes. We are currently looking for graphic designers who can create visually appealing illustrations that are easy to understand, user friendly and complement the written material, while accurately delivering the main idea of the learning content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design simple, user-friendly illustrations that complement the written material
• Submit visually appealing, neatly formatted, error free deliverables as per the mutually decided timelines.
• Incorporate at least 2 rounds of feedback as per organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with the team of instructional designers, content writers and the team at Guardians to ensure consistency and alignment in learning and training material.
• Attend meetings with the team for feedback and alignment calls, whenever required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Undergraduate degree in design/visual communication/digital media design
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design/branding/communications. College graduates and freshers with prior experience can also apply.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft 360 or Google Suite and visual design tools (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign etc)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in designing curriculum and training materials
• Prior experience in designing content for adult learners
