About Capacity Accelerator Program

The Capacity Accelerator Program (CAP) aims to transform care practices in Child Care Institutions (CCIs), by addressing the severe limitations in funding, access to expertise and contextualized support that they face.

About the Role

To define the quality of care, we have developed in-house standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which serve as a benchmark for hiqh quality inputs to achieve outcomes. We are currently looking for content writers who can write clear, concise and user-friendly learning materials and guides derived from SOPs, training modules (session plans, decks, resources) which are relevant and comprehensible for CCI leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and simplify existing SOPs, trainings. policies to simple written guides which improve readability and relevance for CCI leaders without compromising on the essence.
• Submit grammatically correct, well formatted, error free deliverables as per the mutually decided timelines.
• Incorporate 2 rounds of feedback as per organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with the team of illustrators, instructional designers and the team at Guardians to ensure consistency and alignment in training material.
• Attend meetings with the team for feedback and alignment calls, wherever necessary

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline
• Written language proficiency in English to communicate technical information in an engaging, simple and user-friendly manner
• 1-2 years of experience in content writing. College graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft 360 or Google Suite and visual design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in designing curriculum and training materials
• Prior experience in designing content for adult learners
